Geothermal power, is a power extracted from the heat stored in the earth. Its cost effective, reliable, sustainable, and environmentally friendly. The United Nations environment program and the global environment facility have completed a testing project using advanced seismic and drilling techniques in Kenya that has exceeded all expectations. Wells of steam are able to power up to 5000 households.
